1. Nature of the product
MAAYA sells digital course content that is delivered instantly and reveals magic method (secrets). Because the value is disclosed the moment a lesson is watched, we balance a fair guarantee with protection against method-copying.
2. 7-day guarantee (unwatched courses)
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not watched more than 15% of the course (the "method reveal" threshold).
- Progress is tracked automatically, so we can verify eligibility quickly.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. When a refund is not available
- More than 15% of the course has been watched, or the method has been substantially revealed.
- The request is made after the 7-day window.
- Free items, or purchases made with a 100%-off coupon.
- Abuse of the policy (repeated buy-watch-refund behaviour).
4. Technical issues
If a course won't play or you were charged incorrectly, contact us first — we'll fix access or, where we can't, refund you in full regardless of the watch threshold.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@maaya.academy or message us via Contact with your order ID (format MAAYA-XXXXX) and the reason. We aim to respond within a few hours.
6. Subscription / cancellations
Courses are one-time purchases with lifetime access — there is nothing to cancel. If we introduce subscriptions in future, cancellation terms will be shown at purchase.
